The Strategy
We found Black founders to be facing two key, but very distinct, challenges: low digital proficiency amongst older generations, and a clear lack of existing schemes to empower Black music businesses. First and foremost, our strategy sought to help Black founders to overcome these barriers.
The Solution
A multi-year programme improving digital proficiency amongst older founders of community businesses, and a music-accelerator programme to turbo-charge the next generation of up-and-coming business owners.
